lync 2013创建持久聊天室失败，提示“服务器无法响应请求”。检查发现Lync 2013前端有如下报错：

       经检查，发现持久聊天服务下仅有一个类别，并且添加了3000+用户，新建一个类别，并将添加用户测试，建立聊天室正常。具体问题原因有待排查。现在通过新建多个类别容纳用户临时解决该问题。
